About TBDF

Temple Building Dance Fitness offers a family friendly, high intense, cardio and toning inspired workout to contemporary Gospel and Gospel Hip Hop music!  Our goal is to lift your spirits with encouraging music while building strength and endurance in your body through a variety of exercises! We are family friendly and all skill levels and abilities are welcome!

About Me

I have ALWAYS loved sports, dance, and music for as long as I can remember. I have so many influences from my childhood that make up the variety of moves you would see in a typical class. I was raised in church, was on a step team (at church and in high school), played basketball, ran track, and was a member of JROTC. I’ve been on the praise dance teams and have even been the lead instructor spanning over 20 years! I’ve dabbled in CrossFit (LOVE IT) and even played a little flag football. I’m a certified group fitness instructor and am currently in the military. Never in my wildest dream did I EVER think I was being groomed for such a time as this! Though TBDF was never in my plans, I am so grateful to God that He saw fit to allow me to be able to share my passions with the world!
